Terms of use.

Tidepool is an interface to public smart contracts on Solana (Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve and Raydium's LaunchLab programs). It builds transactions; your wallet signs them. We never hold your funds or keys, and we cannot reverse, cancel or refund any transaction.

You are responsible for what you launch and trade, for complying with the laws where you live, and for securing your wallet. Don't launch coins that impersonate people or brands, infringe anyone's rights, or are meant to defraud.

We may hide any coin from this site at our discretion. Hidden coins keep trading on-chain; they just aren't listed here.

Trading fees are set by the on-chain config and paid to the Tidepool fee wallet. The share of those fees credited to holders at each high tide, and how it is split, is described on the Docs page and may change for future tides. Credited balances are sent from the fee wallet; we may withhold payouts to wallets that game the snapshots (for example by wash trading or moving tokens between their own wallets) or that are banned.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including losses from smart-contract bugs, network failures, price movements or third-party services.
